Installing, manual and safety guide

1. Installing guide

  • Use wheels with load matching jobs. For better life time, you should consider to add safety rating up to 1.25 times the normal incase of unintended effects as the cart may get shock and foreign impact when travelling through obstacles.
  • Use the same Series casters. The same Series will have identical specs - height, load capacity, rotation & rolling smoothness.
  • The casters should be installed even, ideally four casters will all contact with the floor surface.
  • Check the Swivel radius or offset of Swivel casters before installing.
  • Rigid casters should be installed parallel perfectly with each other.
  • Use the suitable screws and nuts. Fastened them with the cart before using.

2. Casters combinations for trucks (Swivel & Rigid)

In building, repairing and refurbishing mobile equipment, various effective caster combinations may be used. Several types of mountings are illustrated below:

  • Three Swivel: For barrel dollies and small portable machines. Affords excellent maneuverability. Be sure to select casters designed to take the weight load on three casters rather than the usual four.
  • Two Swivel, Two Rigid: Most practical and inexpensive arrangement for straight and/or long distances. Can be used for heavy or medium loads, depending upon the weight capacity of the casters selected.
  • Four Swivel: Where a side motion is frequently needed, the four swivel arrangement is excellent. If the casters are equipped with swivel locks, this mounting is also practical for long straight travel as well as use on ramps. A most versatile arrangement.

3. Operating guide

Movement speed: In normal temperature conditions and conditions flat ground, you push the car accelerates slowly maximum speed not exceeding walking pace (4 - 6 km/h). Besides you should reduce speed when travelling on rough floor surfaces or when rolling through obstacles. Also you should not let the wheels, trolley to work continuously for a long time due to friction during operation will increase the temperature at the point of contact and coupling, accelerate corrosion.

Cleaning and maintenance: Make hygiene, foreign material exclusion (fabric, hair, etc ...) reeled in the tire and wheel. Maintenance and periodic lubrication grease.

Strictly follow the following Safety guidelines:

safe-1.jpg1. Do not overload the load indicated on the Catalog and guidance of the sales staff.

safe-2.jpg6. Do not hook a tractor trolleys, trams to ensure slow moving, accelerated slowly and do not exceed the movement speed of 4-6 km/h. Create a safe distance for people around by letting the vehicles running on separate lanes

safe-3.jpg2. Line up evenly based on the platform. Much favor of one side may result a rollover.

safe-4.jpg7. Use the trolley system intended purpose. No climbing, playing on the platform.

safe-5.jpg3. When operating the trolley with wheels fixed installation, you avoid horizontal forces impact on this type of wheel. If it’s long-term impact or makes wheels turn, twist causing misalignment shorten the life of the product.

safe-6.jpg8. Check the wheel in locked or not before pushing.

safe-7.jpg4. Do not push the car on the stairs, wheels are easy to be damaged by the impact of natural forces: vibration, inertial force when the cart "fall" from the top down to grade levels below.

safe-8.jpg9. The design of the lock is required normal force to operate. Absolutely not apply grand force or it may damage the lock and parts.

safe-9.jpg5. The cart should operate on even floor surfaces.

safe-10.jpg10. Firmly lock the cart when stopping or parking on ramp. Also need to put additional warning signs for people around the car may be gone downhill.

safe-11.jpg11. Notes the impact of weather conditions to normal operation of the cart
