Installation instruction

Should the floor lock be secured with the cart's platform by screws and nuts for easy disassemble later, else welding is the second best option. Popular installing location of floor lock is as follow:

Note: Floor lock should be used on level floor, you should avoid locking the cart by floor lock in ramp. For example:

• For 150mm total height casters, the MAXIMUM (already extended) height of the floor lock should be around 152 – 156mm
• In the above example, the EH-100W is better than EH-125W as you can add a plate with thickness of 2 - 5mm or just add few washer when installation. The EH-125W can be used here but you'll have to add plates or washers to all four casters.
